Tuition is calculated annually regardless of how many school days there are in each month of the school year. The tuition fee is then divided into 12 equal payments. Tuition will not be prorated for the following reasons:
- In months with holidays.
- If the child is sick and has to stay home per school health policy.
- If the school is closed due to unforeseen events. (e.g. weather, emergencies)
- If the child leaves the school temporarily for family vacation.
- In months with teacher conferences & professional development.
Tuition Payment is due every 1st of the month beginning in August 2025, and ending in July 2026. Your account will be assessed a Late Fee of $40.00 if payment is received after the 5th of the month.
Make Tuition payments payable to CTCA and indicate your child’s name on the check. Cash will not be accepted. Bank fees apply if a credit card is used. We suggest using ACH to complete payment.
A Returned Check Fee of $40.00 will be charged to your account if your bank returns your check unpaid
A 30-day written notice is required when withdrawing a child for any reason. Payment is required for the 30 days following the date of notice. Your Billing Statement will be available on Gradelink on the first business day of the month.
Receive a referral credit of $200.00 when you refer a family to Christ the Cornerstone Academy. Your account will be credited upon the student’s enrollment.
K – 5TH GRADE TUITION FEES 2025 -2026

Registration Fee is an annual charge that serves as a non-refundable deposit to guarantee a position in class provided all other requirements for admission are met accordingly
Tuition payment is due on the 1st of each month beginning in August 2025and ending in May 2026. 2% Discount when annual tuition is paid in two (2) equal amounts by August 1, 2025, and again by January 1, 2026.
